Made to feel very welcome by Nick no pressure made my wife and I nice coffee even sorted out further discount due my former military career all in all a very pleasurable experience.

Srewart was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied and made sure we were happy with everything.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and competent. He was also friendly and not pushy at all.

We had not fully decided upon buying our new mattress prior to visiting the store and this was our first time at Dreams. We were impressed at the layout of the store, which allowed us to identify what type of mattress we wanted quickly and then focus upon picking the right one for us. Scott helped us in the store and was very knowledgable about the products we were interested in. He had a very friendly manner, gave us time and space to try the different mattresses and did not pressurise us towards a sale there and then, which we appreciated and was one of the reasons we did buy on this visit!. Arranging the order was straightforward and there was good communication with the delivery team. The new mattress was delivered on time as arranged and our old mattress was recycled. Making the old mattress up was very straightforward. We are delighted with the new mattress and have had significant improvement in the quality of our sleep! Overall, we have been impressed by the professionalism of the company from start to finish and we have already made recommendations to friends and family. With special thanks to Scott for all his help.

Nice polite,friendly and helpful staff on every occasion I have shopped and a spotless clean store, nothing is to much for the staff and always offered a tea or coffee

Tommy was incredibly helpful in providing assistance locating a firm orthopaedic mattress for my needs. Allowed us time to test pillows and mattresses and time to discuss.

Stuart was very helpful, as an old customer I know what I am looking for, so the experience was great.
