Assistant was very educated in the selling of the products and knowledge of what we needed , the purchasing of the product was very quick and easy

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff members. Alan made us aware he was new. However, he was very helpful and did not hesitate to obtain further advice from Stuart when/ if he needed to.

Hamilton the sales person was extremely knowledgeable, gave me plenty space and time to test beds with his guidance, and with choice of pillows. I never felt he was trying to up-sell or get me to purchase something I did not need. He explained all the different choices extremely well
