Assistant was very friendly and put my 86 year old mother at ease choosing her new bed. Explained everything well. Was a pleasant experience.

The assistant was very helpful and informative. He took time to find out the availability of the items I wanted and helped me to decide the best items for my requirements. I found the quality of the products good and was impressed that the mattresses had been recommended by mumsnet! He made me feel very welcome and I felt safe, with all the sanitary measures in the store. Delivery was free and will be delivered at my convenience. All in all - a very good experience.
