Hamilton our sales advisor was very knowledgeable abiut the products so was able to help

Scott was very easy to talk to and his knowledge was excellent at no time did we feel under pressure. We bought a mattress then asked about sofa beds and he showed us a large selection and was happy for me to open and close them to make sure it was easy for me. We purchased the haze.

The shop assistant was extremely knowledgeable ,patient and helpful and the range of products was excellent

We came in originally just to get some info and check out whats available but the associate let us know of a sale that ended in 2 days. She also explained the policy of price matching other stores that would have a cheaper price and the 40 day sleep guarantee which turned the information gathering into a purchase. Made the purchase seem like a no lose situation with a chance to save £200 on the mattress we would probably end up buying anyways. It was super helpful and something we might have missed if not being told about the guarantees that come with the products.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but also left you to browse products without being "Too in your face"
