Excellent customer service and knowledge of the product and great advice. We arrived shortly before closing time and were not rushed. Very happy with the service and the price and looking forward to the arrival of our purchase.

Russell was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different options available to us. He wasn't pushy and gave us time alone to discuss our thoughts. All the products we had seen on line were available to view in the store.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful without being too pushy. He left us to consider our purchase without standing over us which can be very off-putting, but then made himself readily available to answer all our queries regarding the product and payment options. He explained everything in simple, understandable terms in respect of payment, delivery etc.

The service advice support was excellent

Very friendly service received from both Stewart who advised us and helped us place the order, but also from other colleagues in store who helped entertain our two boys whilst we went through the order process. Stewart was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process to help us decide the right type of mattress to suit our needs. Would highly recommend Dreams based on the service we have received there on both our visits.

Your colleague, Tommy, was extremely friendly and knowledgeble, expertly guiding us to puchase suitable products, and employing techniques to entice us to buy extra products such as pillows, without exerting undue pressure.

Your employee, Kieran, was excellent in explaining the different mattresses etc. to us. He simplified what is quite a complicated process, I think ! We are just investigating in the TEMPUR mattress range just now , as we need a new mattress, & have not been happy with the various types we have chosen in the last 16 years, so Kieran was very good at listening & explaining the difference, but we are stalling of TEMPUR because of the price, but he explained about the interest free credit - which is great - but I have yet to convince my partner to spend this on a mattress, albeit interest free or not! Anyway, thankfully, the store was very quiet, so we did not feel we wasted his time as we would not have made a decision that day, because of the expense, regardless of Kieran showing us cheaper ( & good) alternatives, we still like the TEMPUR.

Demi took time to explain the varios types of beds, and I had plenty tiime to try out different beds, did not feel rushed at all. Tea, coffee or hot chocolate was offered. Demu was very friendly and courteous.

Kieran the sales man that assissted me was very helpful , patient and mannerable. He spent a lot of time showing me the products that were avaliable.
