Dreams - Dundee

My wife and I were attended to as soon as we entered the store. We were informed of the different types of mattresses and were shown to an area where different types were placed together for us to try. We were also told of all the options available to us. Placing our order was fast and efficient and the service from the salesman could not be faulted.

Staff member very helpful without pushing. All was explained in a very clear manor. We had been in other retailers but found the stock more to our requirements and the best service from staff.

helpfull service on a one to one basis

Nick the Store Manager from the Dundee shop came to help us as soon as we started looking at the mattresses. He was not invasive but so polite and helpful and gave us time to try both mattresses for as long as we wish and brought us pillows to try to experience it 100%. He answered all my questions and was so supporting and understanding. I usually hate it when shops staff members just jump at you and then again and again and I also worked with the public and I know how tricky is to make everyone feel welcomed but yet respect their space, but this was a WONDERFUL experience from a very knowledgeable and great with people person so grateful to Nick for that. Especially with a 14 months old sleeping in the pram

All of the staff in dreams Dundee are very friendly and helpful, I have purchased from the store before and know that the team are always amazing. This visit was no exception as Scott was excellent, his product knowledge was excellent and his ability to meet our needs and keep the product within our price range was second to none. The staff are never pushy and always give honest and valuable advise. The other aspect that makes me highly satisfied is the fact that the team are always very good at entertaining my children whilst we decided and paid for our purchase, happy children equal happy parents.
