The ambience of the store was very evident. The quality of goods on offer was exceptional. On arrival we were made to feel welcome.The knowledge of the salesperson was clear and concise.

Did not feel pressurised and given time to consider all options. Very polite and knowlegable assistant in the store and explained everything well. Felt confident to purchase from the store. The assistants name is Kieran.

Welcomed by a charasmatic fellow called Stewart and he had explained the colour coding for the mattress types clearly. He gave us space to try out the colour code mattresses we found most comfortable. Everything was explained in detail and never felt uneasy or pressured into anything, lovely guy and would definately recommend that store to others.

The salesperson who helped us, Scott, was very knowledgeable about the products instore, in particular the mattresses. He spent a lot of time with us and did not push a hard sell or tried to rush us. The other store sales people were also very friendly, happy to explain the layout of the store and did not feel that they were pushing for a sale

The people we dealt with were really helpful, explained everything that we needed explained, and nothing was too much trouble for them

The staff were very helpful and attentive. They explained the different options available and were very knowledgable about the beds available. Tea and coffee was offered and we were also left alone to discuss the purchase without feeling pushed into buying anything.

We were able to find the exact mattress we were looking for with assistance from Stewart and there was no hint of any pushy sales pitch just help and advice when we needed it

On Entering The Store We Were Welcomed by A Very Friendly Young Man Called Kieran, He Made Us Feel At Ease With Trying The Products , He Listened To Our Requests and Helped us Choose our New Product,, He Was Very Professional and Fun at the Same Time.. In Fact I Was Very impressed With All The Staff, It Seems Like a Happy and Productive Workplace.. We Bought A Top Line Mattress and Pillows... I Was Embarrased Trying The Beds But Kieran Made Us Feel Perfectly At Home,, It Took a While To Choose , This Switched On Young Man Made Us Hot Drinks When He Knew Id Been Working Nightshift and Hadn’t Slept during The Day... Fantastic Treatment.. He Then Guided us With The Payment Section and waved us on our Way... A First Class Employee,, Friendly , Professional, Intelligent and His Product awareness Was Brilliant.. We Spent Over £2000 But Was Offered a 30 Month Intrest Free Deal.... I Was More Than Happy With This Deal.. Thank You , We Will Definitely Be Back To Dreams Dundee My Regards Mike Robertson
