Russell was very knowledgable and friendly and not at all pushy which was good. His initial introduction was good. He approached us whilst we were lying on a TV bed and asked if could get us a cup of tea and put a movie on. After that he was able to compare different mattresses for us showing the differences which helped.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted and instantly Kieran explained everything and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Also other staff members kept my 3 year old entertained so we didn't feel rushed. I couldn't fault the service and mannerisms of any member of staff we came into contact with.

Service was good and no pressurising salesmanship.was given time and space to look around before deciding my purchases.

Sales assistant Demi was amazing. Took us through all the options to help us make a final decision. She was polite and friendly and extremely patient considering we changed our mind at the end about a mattress/divan combo choosing just the mattress instead! She couldn't have done enough for us and we left really happy with the whole experience.

Was nice to walk into a store and not have someone harass you as soon as you walk in the door we had time to look at some mattresses Nick the store manager approached us and ask if we had seen what we were looking for and was very helpful showed us mattresses that we had in mind also did not hurry us gave us time to decide what one we wanted also as my husband needed a pillow to help keep him cool at night Nick showed us what we needed
