Dean at the Dundee store was fantastic. We spent more than we intended to, however I am happy with what we ultimately purchased, and wouldn’t have been so informed without Dean

The assistant Scott was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and was very patient when trying out the mattresses. There was no sales pressure. On buying he explained everything clearly about delivery and recycling old mattress

Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There was no rush, no pressure and Dean was attentive but also gave myself and my husband time and privacy to talk about the various mattresses we were considering. I would certainly recommend Dreams and especially recommend Dean.

Stewart helpes us greatly - he took time to speak to us and give us options but never applied any pressure on us whatsoever. Other staff members were also great with our 2 year old Son, giving him books and interacting with him.

Myself and my other half were helped by your colleague called Steve, he was fantastic. I have worked myself in customer service roles in the past and I honestly think he was spot on. He made us feel so comfortable, very chatty and we came away feeling really looked after. Steve is a great asset to your company.

Sales man was absolutely great he was so helpful in helping me choose my new mattress I would recommended Dreams to all my friends couldn’t ask for a better service thankyou so much .
