The assistant Scott was knowledgeable about the product polite and made sure that I understood all about product and care plan.

The salesman spent a lot of time with us helping to choose a suitable mattress. We didn’t realise he had even stayed beyond his working hours. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The manager, was helpful and informative and was really down to earth. Because of this there was a real feeling of team cohesion in the store. There was a good selection of mattresses to suit any pocket and plenty of time to try the ones you wanted to. There was also a machine in the store which helped you find the type of mattress best suited to you. A pleasant shopping experience. We purchased a great mattress at a great price with a 5 year guarantee.
