We were given one to one assistance from initially being offer a tea or coffee through to which type of bed frame we were interested in and what type of mattress suited our sleeping habits. It was like having a personal shopper and the staff were very well informed on the products available.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Got to relevant advice quickly. Felt confident advice genuine. Assistant carried mattress to car. Enjoyed visit to store.

We were looking for new pillows, the store had the ones we were looking for, along with a few alternatives. The salesperson gave us good information on the types and styles of pillow and this allowed us to make the right choice for us.
