The salesman used the bed machine to establish the type of mattress we needed before providing several options to us.

I had my son with me and he is only 4 years old so not the most of patient children, but Stewart was really good with him and very patient which made the shopping experience less stressful... I normally cant donthese things while I have my son with me so was good to get it sorted and have someone patient and willing to help.

Great chance to try all the mattresses, salesman made it fun and easy to compare the products.

There was plenty of choice. I ended up not buying my first choice because of this.

Good service Tom knew what we were looking for and showed and explained the various aspects for our needs.

Kieran,the young man who served me,was polite,helpful and knowledgeable. He understood my requirements and was not at all “pushy “.He showed me a range of mattresses to meet my requirements without emphasising the most expensive,leaving me to make my own decisions based on trial and his advice. All in all a pleasant experience.

Very friendly service, knowledgeable staff, not kept waiting for attention, offered cups of coffee, encouraged to use the 'bed/sleep position' simulator (don't know its correct name) to help determine correct type of bed, talked thru the whole process - everything clearly explained, lots of help changing pillows, encouraging us to try out each bed. When my partner accidentally put in wrong card, Russell made joke to save embarrassment and helped us complete the transaction without further problems (we're not so tech savvy oldies).

We were assisted by a young man called Kieran who could not have been better. He made sure we were happy with everything before we purchased a bed. Kieran was very professional in his attitude towards us. Something that is lacking at times with other salesman. Thank you Kieran.

Scott helped us pick which mattress would best suit us and didn't try rushing us into buying a mattress
