Nick looked after me in the shop in Dundee and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He has a high knowledge of the products and was very patient, but also gave me time and space to test suggested mattresses. Very personal customer service and attention to detail

Entered shop with no idea how to go about buying correct bed for my needs. Assistant, Nick, explained how to find most suitable mattress, pillow and frame and this was done with no pressure to buy. Great experience to find correct items. Nick very efficient and clearly knew what he was talking about. Very polite and friendly. Relaxing experience.

The young lad Kieran was very poliete friendly and not pushy at all which I like.He spent alot of time with us and offered us coffee/tea etc He got us to to do the lying on the bed that gives you the rating on the type of bed you should have. Didnt try to sell us the most expensive bed which some places do.

on entering the dundee store we felt comfortable as when Nick approached us ,he came across as charming and because of his knowledge of all products he answered any questions we had for him ,also he wasnt pushy with his selling pitch and i like that when i go shopping .. finally he makes a good cup of tea
