Dreams - Dundee

The staff at Dreams Dundee are always polite and very knowledgeable about their products. Today we were served by Russell; he offered good advice about the beds we were interested in, he understood our budget and he recommended some mattress options that would go best with our bed and our budget. He also made us aware of an offer of 3 for 2, so in the end we purchased from the Lucia range a king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets and the large storage box, plus the Annison mattress, a mattress protector and a Flaxby duvet. We are very happy with our purchases and looking forward to delivery on 25th June.

Felt really at ease and that all needs were met. Appreciated being remembered by Russell and the help he provided, and explained really well. Enjoyed walking round with our pillows to try on every mattress. Coffee was also really good!

Store layout easy to follow. Store manager friendly and informative but not pushy (when we first arrived; asked if we wanted to be shown anything specific or just browse; we opted for the latter)

Staff where lovely and so helpful and very friendly, and I’m very happy with the service and I saved some money on the product which I purchased so overall I’m a a happy customer.

On entering the store we didn’t have a clue where to start. Stewart came over and helped us with everything. I was going to have 4 drawers in the base until Stewart asked if I had bedside tables. He then pointed out the difficulty of having to open the drawer. I then settled for a 2x2. Absolutely perfect. I cannot fault him at all, he was very knowledgeable.

Sales’s man helped us identify most suitable choices very well and was very patient and helpful during the whole process

Kieran our customer adviser was very attentive without being too pushy, friendly and very knowledgable about the products. He gave us plenty time to decide on which product we finally settled upon. He also explained about the warranty on the products and if we would like to purchase associated items. All in all I would rate this customer advisor excellent and made our experience memorable.

I was very impressed with the new machine that measures your body and tells you the beds that are best for you.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful and advised on the product without applying any pressure to buy. Once my immediate questions were answered I was given time to try out different mattresses on my own without extraneous attention. I was also advertised the mattress protector and my question as to the periods-proof quality of this protector was met without so much as a raised brow or a missed beat. Order placing went quick and easy without an issue. I am grateful for the service and will definitely recommend the store and Dreams to fiends and colleagues.
