Scott the man who dealt with me was very nice!! Friendly! Helpful! Made me a cup of tea! Asked about health probs! So he could meet my needs! An I lay on a bed that told me positions t use! So they would no what bed would suit me! Good all round experience! Certainly go back if I need a bed for my other bedroom! An ask for scott!! Thanks!!

Nicky in the dreams Dundee store was extremely helpful from in both our visits to the store. He helped us find a mattress that suited our needs and talked us through everything we needed to know to make a decision on our matress. We were unsure on what matress we were looking for but with the help of Nicky it was made very easy

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Stewart,I think this is the second time we have been served by him.A very friendly guy who was in no hurry for a sale but walked with us all through the store an d even made us tea. Couldn’t have been happier.

Walked in just to browse mattresses but didn’t know where to start. Kieran was amazing and explained how the selection process worked, explained the differences between the types of mattresses and pillows and helped us make an informed decision. There was no pressure to buy and the whole process was relaxed and easy. We were in the store for about 1 1/2 hours testing mattresses and were very happy with the product we finally selected. We were so impressed with the service that we also decided to buy a new bed!

We found Nick very helpful explaining how the different mattress where designed for our needs ,giving us a change to try different ones also use your dream mattress scanner. To ensure we purchased the correct type. We had a enjoyable experience, and are so glad we decided to go to your store.
