Store Assistant Scott was very attentive, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products. He spent time with my partner and I, didn’t rush me or put pressure on me to hurry up my purchase which ended up with him staying late after the store had closed to help me with my purchase. Excellent customer service and a credit to the store and company

We visited other retailers before Dreams who tried to explain the different mattresses and what would be best for us but you are always unsure if it would be the correct one but get the mattress experience on the computer bed really helped fill us with confidence and the sales person then let us try a few different mattress types to find the one that suited us best.
