Very excellent service, first time buying a bed and although strange walking about with a pillow testing out beds it was an enjoyable experience

The assistant who served me was excellent and very helpfully also the staff are all lovely thank you 🌹

Tommy was excellent and talked us through all of our options nothing was too much effort, great customer care skills

Quickly asked if we needed assistance in store and recommended efficiently after having a go on the mattress matcher. Offered refreshments while we were waiting and were pointed towards a variety of beds at our comfort level and allowed space to talk between ourselves.

Sales assistant was attentive without imposing himself knowledgeable on your products and friendly

Colleague was helpful and put me in scanning machine ,purchase took no time at all.Also had a coffee while waiting for my turn on scanner.

Lovely experience. Didn't intend to make a purchase on this occasion but ended up buying a new mattress, bed and headboard! Russell was very knowledgeable and helpful, even looking after our 5 month old baby while we tried out beds

Lovely assistant, good advice, we were on the way home from Aberdeen so probably will not be back in this store, but would be if we lived locally!!

Kieron went the extra mile in assisting me this afternoon . He fully explained the different types of mattresses showing the shop models with different spring types etc . We were pleasantly surprised to discover Dreams are signed up to the defence veterans discount and Kieron explained this when I asked about this as my husband is a forces veteran . Kieran also showed me the range of pillows and took time to have some light hearted fun with my 10 year old grandson who was shopping with me . He mentioned this is his last week at Dreams .. good luck wherever his career takes him next .. their gain is 'Dreams' loss 😊
