Very pleasant and friendly staff. There was an IT problem and delivery date could not be confirmed. However I did receive a phone call within 1 hours which confirmed a date. This was followed by an email.

Visited the store staff very friendly and knew the specific product types to suit my needs even went on mattress simulator to find perfect mattress

Tommy the salesman was very informative. He used the sleep programme to find the right mattresses to show us for maximum comfort and support. Given as much time as we wanted to see the different recommended mattresses and allowed go back and retry our chosen mattress. Given tea and coffee as we where deciding on our choice offered further refreshments when processing our order. 8year guarantee explainvery well. Explanation on how to further protect our mattress using mattress protector. Highly satisfied customers

Used the sleep motion machine to analyse for correct mattress. Shown 3 particular mattresses which came as matches. Given ample time to try each 1 out. Allowed to go back to our favoured 1 for unlimited time to try. Given refreshments of tea and coffee. Lots of information given before decision made to help make our decision easier.
