Customer service was excellent. Advisor quickly realised that my son was very shy so didn't push us and stepped away at the correct moments to allow him to test out the bed. We did not have to explain to the advisor about my son as he realised himself. THere was no rush to push the sale through it was more about making sure we felt comfortable
