My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and we did not have a clue where to start. We were acknowledged in store and left to look around. After a short time a member of staff asked if he could help and we explained what our issue was. He explained to us about the machine at the front of store and what it would do for us. We were then spoken to by Stewart. He took us through the machine results and showed us where to look and gave us time to test out different mattresses, popping back now and again to see how we’re getting on. We did not feel rushed and all three guys in the store where helpful when we had questions and were great with our kids who were starting to get a bit restless. Leaving the store with our purchase on order we felt we more than informed and happy with our choice.

We found Stewart really helpful but not over the top or too pushy. He was patient with our indecisiveness and gave us lots of really good advice.

Tommy was really helpful in making sure we got the right mattress and bed frame for us, listening to what we wanted and needed. He was really great and patient with our kids that were running around and distracting us. Also my back was aching and Tommy and the store manager were really kind making sure I got a seat throughout the discussions.
