Nick, the store manager was very well informed on the product range and his communication skills are excellent. He gave us every help in deciding which bed to go for without applying any pressure whatsoever. He was attentive and available to answer questions but gave us time on our own to discuss the various options and arrive at our own decisions. All in all it was a first class experience buying of a good quality and receiving good quality service from a professional person that knew the product. Couldn't find a fault.

The man who served us, Tommy was really friendly and polite when he helped us out, explaining the different types of mattresses and pillows.

Fantastic customer service. I went to the Dundee store with my toddler and the guys were fantastic at helping me choose everything I needed while keeping my son entertained. Stewart and Tommy went above and beyond to ensure my time visiting the store was stress free and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Russell was the name of the assistant that served us and he made the whole process very enjoyable. He had a wonderful knowledge of products and was excellent when it came to talking money. We took the insurance out on the bed and my husband never takes insurance for anything. That will tell you how good he was!
