Tommy was very friendly and helpful.

Stewart was very helpful, both in selecting a mattress and explaining the delivery and ordering process.

I found the service exceptional the man in shop was very polite and took the time helping me understand my choices. He was very knowledgeable on what he was selling and also gave a good talk in general aswell which made me feel more at ease. The process was quick and although the price was a bit high was painless. Very friendly staff and good quality service all round keep it up!

The salesman listened carefully and in a friendly understanding professional manner. 10/10 overall for Tommy's demeanour------cannot be faulted-----he and the other Salespersons are a real credit to Dreams in Dundee------no great amount of 'pushiness', although other items were recommended to us in a friendly manner-----we declined politely.
