STEWART WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

Stewart was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressurised at any point and everything was explained clearly to us.

Upon entering the store - staff were polite and respectful and gave me plenty of patience and understanding as I had two small children with me. All staff seemed to understand that my children were becoming bored and started misbehaving - but the Dreams staff made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush me or put me under any pressure. This made me relax and enjoy me shopping experience better

Excellent service from salesman Russell

On entering the shop I could see that there was a number of assistants available to assist and within a few minutes Stewart came across and introduced himself & offered assistance. Due to medical issues, I advised that I was looking for an adjustable bed & explained about my previous 'bad' experience with my exsisting bed. He was very knowledgeable and advised what he felt we should be looking at. We looked around on our own for a while and then Stewart suggested it may be advisable to do the sleep analysis bed & it confirmed what Stewart had advised. Stewart gave us appropriate pillows and we tried a few mattresses ranging in price and at no point did we feel pressured to go for the more expensive range, infact although Stewart was informative he was not 'pushy'. My only disappointment is having to wait for my bed to be delivered in approx 6 wks but understand it is because it is not your normal bed type.
