Really friendly and helpful member of staff. Explained all we needed and helped find the right product- understood our needs and made us feel well attended to. Slight delay putting the order through as one of the computers wasn’t working but he kept us entertained while we waited.

The assistant was excellent at his job. Made my Husband a cup tea and went over everything with us. Took the time to explain everything to us. Didn’t hurry us away. Liked the fact he shook hands with us as we left.

Thomas was knowledgable and took time to get to know me and what my needs were. He also used the new sleep machine to determine what type of mattress would suit me best.

We were made very welcome by Scott who then explained the benefits of using the Sleepmatch, which was most impressive. This quickly reduced the best options for our individual needs to five mattresses, which greatly simplified the whole process. We were impressed by the fact that the mattress we chose was the first recommended mattress. We were also offered tea or coffee and given further information about the pillows, which we found most helpful. It would be impossible to improve on the standard of service provided by Scott, and we felt that he is certainly an asset to your Company.

Delighted that you can remove my pld matress

because i walked into the store knowing what i wanted a single mattress not memory foam and the assistant immediatley showed me the colour code of each mattress, ie, green was what ii should be looking at and thats when i tried out the one i purchased. i even got offered a coffee but i had already had one. i was able to lie on the mattresses to determine their firmness. i particularly like that the assistant showed me what pocket springs and ordinary looked like. this is not the first time i have used this shop, a few years ago i bought two beds i single i double and have been highly satisfied with them. but i have to now replace the mattress on the single as it is starting to sag. it was not bought from dreams. i look forward to delivery of my purchase this coming tuesday.

Great service last year when we ordered our bed. Returned to order our son the same bed. Ordered and paid for with delivery within 5 days. Returned to store today to change order to a different bed and done with ease and assistance from Store Manager. Nothing too much trouble.

Russell who dealt with us, was extremely knowledgeable about all the products we looked at and was also very helpful in finding the right product for us
