We used the exciting technology to help us to select an appropriate mattress for both of us. Nick suggested we try out a pillow or two suitable for the way we sleep too, which helped us both hugely and we both decided to purchase a new pillow also following this advice. Very helpful. The pricing was very competitive and the overall experience, including the coffee, was what we needed in order to come to a decision.

We were allowed to enter the store without being jumped on immediately. Sandie then came over and introduced herself in a friendly and sincere manner. She was helpful and took us through the process whilst maintaining a pleasant and non pushy manner. Never felt under pressure which is important to us as customers. Her knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for was excellent. She spend time with us and made the whole experience rather pleasant and fun.
