The chap who helped us was knowledgable and spent a lot of time explaining the different mattresses that would suit us after we were assessed on the Sleepmatch computer. The shop was busy but he still had time to get us coffee and was very polite and helpful.I hope the mattress lives up to my expectation. I got your last mattress from Dreams. After I purchased the new mattress I was surprised to discover that my existing mattress was only 4 years old. I hope the new one lasts much longer !!

Immediately met in store by GAVIN, a very personable, clean cut young man who offered coffee to my wife and I. He obviously identified us as serious customers and while we had a mattress in mind, he suggested we use the ‘sleep match’ facility to identify a suitable type of mattress. This was complemented with down pillows which we use at home. We then chose the bed we wanted. This was followed by us selecting a headboard from the selection offered. At no time was there any pressure sales which we like. A very good and seamless sale.

On visiting the store we felt daunted by the number of beds on display, where do you begin? An assistant appeared questioned us about our specific needs before placing us on the sleep analysing bed. The results gave us an immediate idea of what type if bed suited our frame. When we narrowed down our choices she answered all our questions before we choose the Tempur range. She then talked us through the advantages of each model which help us make our final decision. It’s 10 years since we bought a bed and with the advances in technology we would have been indecisive in our choice if we did not have the assistance of Sandie.
