We were assisted by Dean who immediately showed us to the trundle bed we were interested in. He was able to demonstrate to us how the bed worked and showed us a range of mattresses we could choose from. We were not actually looking for a new mattress for our own bed, but in conversation with us, Dean was able to talk to us about the benefits of upgrading mattresses, but did so in a non pushy way. He encouraged us to try the mattresses and got us pillows with H&S covers ect. So we ended up with our trundle bed being delivered pre Christmas and a mattress for our bed to be delivered in Feb next year. We got a great reduction in price for our new mattress and are totally delighted with the service

Stewart took the time to understand what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products that would meet our requirements and was able to guide us round and ensure we found what was right for us.

The assistant Russel was great and really helped us find what we were looking for. He was also really accommodating with our son, keeping him entertained whilst we looked for beds.

From stepping into the store the member of staff who assisted me was very helpful
