Tommy our salesman was very friendly and knowledge was fantastic he didnt rush us and helped with our questions

Russell helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our needs and was very helpful in processing our order.

Our sales assistant, Sandie, was very helpful and friendly. She listened to our initial request and talked us through the process of the Sleepmaster and choosing our mattress type afterwards. She also showed us a divan model of which we were not aware and ended up buying.She was patient and a pleasure to chat to.

We were offered tea/coffee. When asked what we were looking for the salesman took us over to the beds.

Scott (in the Dundee branch) was very patient with us as we made our selections. He showed a high level of knowledge about all of the products available and was able to relate to us regarding some allergies that we suffer from. His help on this was fantastic! He was able to narrow down a recommendation very quickly. We left the shop to discuss our options and on return to finally place our order, he made himself available for us again. The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly without being overwhelming or overpowering. I would highly recommend to a friend.

We received excellent service from the staff in store. The salesman was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The offer we chose was a flash sale on just the type of product we were looking were so the price was great. We shopped around at other store in the same retail park but the combination of good products and service meant that Dreams was by far the best option.

Was busy when I went in they offered me tea or coffee and soon as someone was available they got right to it and got me the mattress of my needs

Great friendly service, we did not feel pressured into buying and were able to take our time looking over the range.
