I was served promptly and the sales person knew actually what I was wanting .. and after trying all the recommended mattresses I was satisfied the right one was picked and at a good price .. the delivery date was also perfect for my needs .. very easy and quick transaction.. that’s the second bed I have purchased and was very happy with it .. thank you

Scott who looked after us was very good and knowledgable. We were given plenty time to think over the options. I also felt Scott wasn't pushy in anyway which was the biggest reason in going ahead with the purchase.

Staff on hand when needed. Took time and a lot of effort to ensure we had all the correct information regarding a wide variety of products. Walked us through a step by step guide to the right mattress with no pressure or expectation. Built on our needs with regards to bed base and headboards with an honest opinion which was appreciated. The order confirmation and price discussion was open and honest with obvious attempts to meet our needs with regards to price, delivery, finance and disposal of old bed. We entered the shop looking for just a mattress and left with a bedroom set costing much more than we had planned to spend. That wouldn't have happened unless the service was good. The sales rep Stewart was knowledgeable and not pushy. Unlike in other stores I’d been to (competitors) I didn’t feel harassed and he gave me time to look and come to a decision. He was very friendly.
