Staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He showed us a variety of beds to fit our needs but we did not feel pressured to make a purchase- which I feel is extremely important

Sales person was excellent. No pressure whatsoever and highly skilled. Could not have been more enthusiastic.

Service and product knowledge of the salesman was great .he was extremely helpful, and spent some time with us to ensure we got exactly what was suitable for us.

The sales assistant was very well with understanding our needs. He explained the products excellently good communication skills demonstrated a every flexible and worked at our pace.

I told the assistant what I was looking for and he directed me to the right item. I tried it out and found it was exactly what I was looking for.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff member, listen to our needs and advised us of all the options available to us and never put us under any pressure to complete a sale.

Tommy (not Shelby, unfortunately) was knowledgable and friendly without being the typical salesman, which would normally make me leave the store. He gave all the relevant information in a professional manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the store again.
