Excellent service by knowledgable and attentive staff.

I purchased a TV bed and bedside cabinet 8 months ago and was very pleased with products and great service. That is the reason for visiting the store again to purchase another high quality bed for my other bedroom. Sales team are great very happy with product service and delivery

Polite attentive staff. Russell who helped us was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the different options and we saved a little money due to this.

Store colleague was excellent. explained the situation and gave us time to look around. The sale went through and all questions were aswered. Excellent.

Stewart was really friendly, greeting us on arrival and left us to browse initially. He popped back to check in with us every now & again. Once we had an idea of what we were looking for he got us on the sleep machine, and kindly let our daughter have a try too when there wasn’t anyone else waiting. He showed us to the mattresses that we’d been matched and took time to explain about the products. Again, he was happy just to let us try but he was always available. Once we’d decided on the beds for us and our daughter, we started to process our order. He’d already give us bottled water but then went onto offer tea/coffee. He was very thorough going over product, delivery timescales, finance options making sure we understood. He was also very good with our daughter. Stewart is a great credit to dreams, he is knowledgeable and aware of the customer but not pushy at all.

Met by a customer services advisor who gave us excellent advice and allowed us time to browse but was nearby to assist when required

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that could easily recommend a mattress that both myself and partner found to be very comfortable and very happy that that the old mattress can be taken away to be recycled

Russel was fantastic, quickly set up the dreams sleep master to find our perfect mattress. He then showed us the 6 best mattresses to suit our needs. Russel was a wealth of knowledge and didn't pressure us into a sale but guided us to what would be the best for both our needs. Fantastic coffee too !! Highly recommended Russel at the Dundee store.
