I visited the store in Dundee on 2 occasions before purchasing 2 mattresses for my son and I. I was assisted by 2 members of staff - Tommy and Stuart - who were both incredibly helpful. They took the time to find out what we were looking for, and made suitable recommendations within my budget. There was no "hard sell" and their priority seemed to be ensuring we left with the right mattresses at an affordable price. It's the first time I've shopped in Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family.

Our salesman, Tommy in the Dundee store, was extremely pleasant & helpful. He let us try a few mattresses which were recommended & also pillows which suited us. Very pleased with our purchase & friendly manner from staff

The assistant Sandie, was highly knowledgeable, and was able to guide us throughout the whole process of our visit ,her suggestion of looking on line was fruitful as we did not see the exact bed we were looking for in store, thus we were able to select the exact bed on line, we were made at ease by Sandie and the whole process was a pleasant experience .
