The salesman Gavin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what we wanted, answered our questions with an obvious knowledge of the stock. The store. Gavin was not in the least bit pushy and was very friendly but not over friendly(which can come over as very false). I would recommend him to any of my family and friends when I advise them to shop at Dreams Dundee for their next bed related requirements

The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained all the options to us clearly they also offered us a cup of coffee and we never felt pressurised into buying anything.

Excellent salesmen. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially young Gavin who was our salesman. However his two colleagues were extremely helpful too. Nothing was too much bother. They even stayed open late or complete our order. At no time were pressurised into a sale or rushed to make a decision.

We had a great experience from the moment we stepped in store. First of all we weren’t hounded as soon as we got in the door, nick let us settle in then came and explained how the store worked and was absolutely brilliant help. He talked us through the sleep simulator which was great and took great time going through mattresses with us until we got the perfect one. We have already recommended the service we received to other as we were so happy with everything. Nick is a great asset to your store and we will be back for sure!
