Dean was very attentive from the start. Very helpful and very patient with us. He understood our needs after we explained the problems we have had finding a comfortable mattress over past several years.

Stuart petrie looked after us and was very friendly and allowed us to have our own space and time to have a look and then helped us throught the rest of the process

We were served by Stewart on both visits - one to look at the range and then to buy. Stewart's product knowledge, interest in what we were looking for, and finding solutions for us were the reason we bought from Dreams - excellent customer service.

A staff member came over immediately upon our arrival to offer assistance (purchasing new matresses for two of my sons). He got them to test a wide range of matresses at different price levles, explaining how they were constructed and the relative merits. We needed to revisit the mattress choices twice after making the initial order, upon realising that the original selection would be too deep for the top of a bunk bed; this was managed with patience and good humour. Staff member was friendly, professional and courteous throughout.

Tommy was extremely helpful whilst not being pushy. He made my wife and I feel valued and comfortable.
