We found what we wanted and there was clear and concise instructions to ordering. We followed the way to pay but for some reason the payment wouldn't go through so the next morning we called and a very helpful, friendly man sorted us out in no time. I didn't feel daft. He talked us through option and it was happy experience. Looking forward to it arriving.

After trying to get help with removal of old mattress (which was original arranged, or so I thought!) I eventually got Nick who looked into it and as promised called me back yesterday afternoon and said he had arranged for the old mattress to be taken away. When I order, I was so sure the old mattress would be taken away free of charge, but when the order confirmation came it seems I was wrong! So, thank you to Nick, who was so very helpful and polite. I am a pensioner with a recently discovered 25 year old hypnos mattress! What a relief to get that sorted. So please give Nick a highly commended from me. Thank you

The whole experience was straightforward. I was able to speak to the same adviser both times I called. His explanation of the options and costs re assembly, delivery and removal of old items were clear.
