We had an idea of what we wanted from looking online but wanted to see the products. We were buying a sofa bed. The assistant, Stewart, was very helpful in explaining the product and answering our questions. He then left us in peace to talk and make our decision. We chose our sofa and he completed the purchase efficiently.

The service was good and informative. We were shown a range of beds from which we were given plenty of time to choose from on our own no pressure. Staff were friendly and all safety precautions were in place.
