Having to wait 9 days till l get my new mattress. Got offered it to be delivered in 6 day’s if l paid another £10.

Very satisfied with our salesman Stewart. He paid particular attention to Covid-19 protection for us all. Very knowledgeable. We used the sleep monitor and the mattresses which it suggested. He kept a respectful distance when we were trying out the mattresses and coming to our decision - very important for us because for such a big purchase we don't like to be rushed. The prices are good and the additional 10% flash sale prompted us to buy that day. We had been thinking of replacing our mattress anyway but the deal was too good to miss.

Tommy, who served us knew when to help and when to stand back. Made sure that the trial pillow was fresh, also I was impressed with his up-selling but not being pushy. It was a good experience although I am £1,100.00 lighter! 🤣
