Efficient service provided at the Dundee store Staff member Russell was knowledgeable, friendly and followed the measure in place for distancing etc A very pleasant shopping experience which I had dreaded doing during the current situation but I like to see what I am buying so had to venture out. Swift and easy transaction. Brilliant service

We we’re met at the entrance & provided with full information on social distancing & how we would ‘try’ the beds. The assistants were polite, helpful & knew about each bed. I had requested a particular delivery date which was arranged with little or no trouble & I was given full info on the delivery of the item & a cover to protect the delivery men. I was pleased with the treatment I received & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

The store was clean & well laid out. The Covid19 systems in place were effective & appropriate. The staff all made early & polite contact whilst not pressuring us. The products available were wide ranging & attractive. The advice & assistance given to us was friendly & helpful. The process of choosing the product & thereafter ordering & financing it was simple & straightforward.
