We were welcomed upon entry to the store by a friendly member of staff. Store was quite and other members of staff were also cheery and chatty. Staff member was very helpful and knowledgable, listened to what we were looking for, and gave advice with reasons. Got to use the magic bed, that was a bit strange! Nice coffee at this store too, makes a change to get stuff you can actually drink. This visit turned from a chore I wasn`t looking forward too, to a great experience.

Friendly helpful staff adhering to COVID rules. Knowledgeable about products and pointed us quickly in the direction of our specific needs. Buying on behalf of elderly parents who we sent photos to and waited for their replies
