From beginning to end Sandra was a true professional, very welcoming, friendly and spent a lot of her time from being on the sleep match to trying pillows and various beds, multiple times! She was very patient and explained everything and helped me make sensible and suitable choices on the mattress for example based on what I needed for my health issues as opposed to what I may have felt was the easier and cheaper option. Social distancing guidelines and the sanitisation of everything made me feel really reassured that everything was safe including the added extra of providing water, tea, coffee etc free of charge. She also offered personal preferences on some products and explained why whilst still allowing me to come to a choice myself. I’m very much looking forward to receiving my mattress and hopefully be more free of the pain I currently suffer from. I couldn’t of asked or expected more from Sandra or the other staff members from the dream team at the DUNDEE store. Thankyou for all your help and support.
