great service from nick, understanding, gave us time, didn't push a sale. ppe worn by all staff, hand sanitiser used on hands as we went in, ppe used for beds and pillows, sanitised every bed after every customer lay on them, weren't bothered about us trying too many beds or too few, just gave us the beds to try after using sleep match which is a great idea over all very helpful, we even bought the bed when we maybe wouldn't have due to the service.

Stewart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were guided by his suggestions and got exactly what we wanted.
