The sakes man was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable around what we required based on the information we gave him. Excellent.

Knew what i was after when i arrived at the store. The salesman let me know about the special offer that was on for the furniture, the 3 for 2 deal. Which i took advantage of. At the cash desk, was offered hot drink or bottled water, sneeze screen was put up on the desk. And computer was cleaned before i was to touch it, and cleaned afterwards. Very happy overall.

This is the first time we have been in a Dreams store but your company was recommended by our daughter who recently purchased a new bed and mattress. We were not disappointed in the service and layout of the store which we thought showed care and attention to dealing with customers during this COVID-19 restrictions. The staff were also attentive with out being to pushy and we were given information and options which helped with making our final purchase.

The shop assistant Gavin really helped in our choice. He spent plenty of time with us to understand our needs however was never once pushing us to make a sale which we really appreciated. Gavin understood that we’d want to shop around to get the best price but it was clear that following his service Dreams was the right place to buy our mattress.
