Russell at the Dundee store was exceptionally knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, very considerate, friendly and attentive. He made the search for a new mattress as straightforward, budget-friendly and relaxing as possible. The store was much more comfortable to visit than I had anticipated, despite the current Covid 19 crisis, thanks to the cleanliness and professionalism of Russell and his colleagues.

From the moment we entered the store we were impressed by the attention being given to hygiene and social distancing. We ere left for a short time to browse then were approached by Stewart who asked if we would like some assistance. I advised that we were looking for a TV bed but were unsure of the type and firmness of mattress. He advised that was not a problem and he would do his best to assist. We then went through the Sleepmatch process which established the type of mattress which suited our requirements. Stewart then took us round a number of mattresses and allowed us to lie on them. Again the social distancing and attention to hygiene was very evident. When we had narrowed down the options to two mattresses, Stewart left us to make a decision. After this, we then looked again at the beds and tried the power and display controls. Again, Stewart allowed us time alone to do this. After choosing, Stewart explained the purchasing process and the delivery options. He took time to ensure we fully understood the options available to us and what was required in terms of payment.
