From the moment we walked into the store we felt safe - hand sanitiser at the door,paper for trying out the beds. Staff were available and were present but did not annoy us and approached when we asked for advice. Once we were being helped it was excellent, giving us information about the products but then also giving us the space and time to try out the beds and discuss this amongst ourselves. Following our initial visit we went to other bed stores but came back to dreams for our purchase due to our positive experience

The sales assistant explained the entire process with new Covid rules in place, offered water in case we got hot and stuffy wearing masks. He assessed our needs and then showed us a range of relevant products Service was excellent from start to finish

We were greeted in a timely manner when we entered the shop. Scott explained where things were in the store and let us browse and was there to help us when we were ready. Scott was very knowledgable and helpful and we could tell that he was helping us to find the right bed, not just trying to sell us a bed.
