Dreams - Dundee

I had not bought a mattress for 13 years and was looking for an informative and friendly sales person, I hate to be followed and bothered. I chose Dreams as my partner had bought her mattress from yourselves two years ago. On entering the tore I was welcomed and then allowed to browse the products which \I appreciated. Tommy then approached me and was marvellous. Very friendly and more importantly ,did not flood me with facts and technical figures . He explained the comfort machine and then left me alone . He then proceeded to show me all the products pointed out by the machine explaining the various companies products and way they are made. Being similiar blokes it was a pleasure not be pressurised and bamboozled with sales talk. Tommy informed me that it was MY choice. A very friendly, informative and genuine employee. I was offered coffee,tea and a bottrle of water additionally. Very pleased indeed with my purchase and they was it was handled by Tommy. Well done, Dreams.

We wanted a new mattress, Tommy got us set up on the Sleep Matcher and offered us a cup of tea, a few times during our visit. The assistance that I received from the moment I walked in the door until leaving was second to none. The knowledge of Gavin was first class and extremely helpful. I am disabled and I have extremely brittle bones so finding a bed that is comfortable for me was very high priority for the staff that helped. His knowledge about the beds that with suitme was extremely satisfactory as he took into account my disabilities and meet for a very comfortable bed that would help me with pressure sores as well. I would recommend dreams to anyone one looking for a bed.
