I had viewed the bed I wanted online but wanted to see the quality of the product before buying so phoned ahead to check stock. I was served by Scott who advised me of an offer if I bought a mattress too. He suggested different options and any offers available. The purchase was completed very quickly and I had the options of several delivery slots to choose from.

Russell was very helpful, friendly and informative. I had already picked out a mattress online but he spoke to me about a better option for me that was the same price! He made sure I did the sleep motion to help pick out a mattress right for me and my partner, I would 100% recommend. His customer service was nothing short of perfect.

Couldn't fault the service, staff member listened to what I needed and found the products that suited my needs. Was efficient, pleasant and thorough, explaining everything clearly I.e. delivery, price and protection.

the man was very attentive offering me tea and coffee. he showed me lots of options of mattresses and explained how they were different.

The level of attention to detail, patience and understanding from our customer server Scott was second to none. He made our visit to the store so comfortable and enjoyable.

Pleasant staff, helpful but not pushy, plenty of choice of beds, but using the sleep machine made finding the best options to test easy

Friendly knowledgeable staff who took great care of my elderly grandmother. Gave her time and space to breathe when she was out of breathe and also gave her a bottle of water.

Didn’t feel pushed into buying anything, Staff were helpful. The member of staff that helped us with our product was very helpful with information.

Very helpful assistant who offered advice but gave us plenty space to try and discuss before buying. Great experience.😀
