Helpful member of staff in store. We came home to place our order online, as I needed to check my shift rota before arranging a delivery date. The website froze when trying to confirm payment and we had to call telesales and then customer services. Both people we spoke to (Nick and ?Max) were excellent.

I called the contact number in the website was answered immediately by Mick who answered all my questions I wanted to share the product with my daughter before ordering so Mick gave me a direct number. I called back was answered immediately again and placed my order within minutes with a delivery date also confirmed- perfect service & Mick also said I could call the same number if I had a further question. Thank you Mick my perfect shopping experience.
