We had a really good experience when buying a mattress for our son. The store assistant (Russell) was knowledgeable and treated our teenager well which we all appreciated. Good price good experience.

The salesman was helpful and friendly but not in an overpowering way. I do not like to be followed round a store by a salesman and will not purchase from a store where this happens. The delivery date is quite long but the reasons were explained to us. We were offered drinks while our order was processed and felt very safe in this Covid friendly environment.

The member of staff was so easy to talk to and extremely helpful,her knowledge of the products was just great ,helped us in making a decision on the best product for us

Helpful member of staff in store. We came home to place our order online, as I needed to check my shift rota before arranging a delivery date. The website froze when trying to confirm payment and we had to call telesales and then customer services. Both people we spoke to (Nick and ?Max) were excellent.
