Scott listened to my requirements from a mattress and knew exactly which beds I should try. Was very considerate (at present I am having problems walking) made sure I took time to move from bed to bed and said to take my time.

From entering the shop Scott was very helpful and directed me to the beds I specifically asked for. He also informed me about the 40 day return if not 100% satisfied. Very helpful for someone who dislikes shopping!

We were assisted by Stewart on both visits. He gave us a quote on the first visit and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us and made sure the bed we were ordering was fully catering to our needs.

Good product knowledge from staff, system of analysis for mattress requirements was spot on. Sales staff weren’t pushy and allowed time for us to mull over the purchase and test mattresses. Much better service than two neighbouring furniture/ bed stores.
