To pick the mattress I wanted tailored to my needs we did the virtual experience which selected 3 mattress,s suitable for my neck and back problems we purchased 1 of the 3 selected

We attended the Dumfries Store to use the sleepmatch service and were helped by Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and showed us various options while explaining the pros and cons of various products. We were very pleased with her input and customer service and would happily go back to the Dumfries store in the future.

Mellisa was extremely helpful and both members of staff who were working were very friendly. As soon as we mentioned the type of bed we were after, Mellisa knew the stock in the showroom and helped us understand what was best for our needs. She was not pushy in any way, a great saleswoman.
